The Bethlehem Parking Authority on Tuesday approved an agreement with Moravian University for a one-to-one trade of 100 spaces in the Spring Street Lot in exchange for 100 spots in the Lehigh Street service lot.
The rate change would lead to about a $2 monthly increase for most customers, city officials said.
