Bethlehem has saved millions over the years, thanks to a street light initiative that not only brings in more money to cover related expenses, but is more environmentally sustainable, officials said.
Officials announced Wednesday the start of its Climate Challenge as part of a broader Climate Action Plan, with goals of making sequential steps in steadily reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The city is seeing a revenue increase and decline in expenses. The mayor also has ideas for some of the remaining ARPA funding.
The gallery is open at Palmer Park Mall in Easton, a business its owner says is the first of its kind in the Lehigh Valley.
The plans include 24 townhomes and 48 parking spaces in a neighborhood south of Westgate Mall and Catasauqua Road.
