The $20 million mixed-use development is offering 75 apartments with one- and two-bedroom varieties among other things.
The township's main revenue streams include real estate taxes, wage taxes and landfill host fees. The proposed budget lists the police, public works and administration as primary expenses,
City community development officials are preparing to submit an application, which is due by the end of the month. Another public comment period will take place Friday, Oct. 20, at 11 a.m.
The project would feature three wings: one as tall as 80 feet, another standing at 42 feet with 1,800 square feet of retail space, as well as one at 36 feet.
