Ward, a native of Abington, Montgomery County, released her debut album, "Til the Casket Drops," in 2015, on Disney's Hollywood Records.

The album produced three singles — "Put the Gun Down," which reached Np. 7 on Billboard's Adult Alternative chart; "365 Days," which reached No. 4; and "Last Love Song," which hit No. 15.

Her songs were featured on the ABC Family TV series "Pretty Little Liars."

Her second album, 2017's "The Storm," topped the Blues Albums chart, but was her last for Hollywood Records.

Ward released a third album, 2023's "Dirty Shine," and in March released her most recent, "Liberation," which hit No. 5 on the Blues Albums chart.

She was chosen by Slash to be one of the acts on the  S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival — which stands for Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Peace, Equality N’ Tolerance — with him, Robert Randolph and others.
