According to Wind Creek, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise gained from various sales, marketing and operations roles with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He initially joined the Bethlehem property as a member of the pre-opening team. Over the course of 15 years, Ryan has contributed to different departments, including Sales, Player Development, VP of Hotel Operations, Vice President Operations and most recently as Assistant General Manager.

"Patrick has played a large part in the successful opening of the hotel and meeting space expansion, and we believe he will continue the property’s successful trajectory into the future,” said Jay Dorris, President and CEO of Wind Creek Hospitality, in a news release.

"I enjoy the opportunities I have had to genuinely engage with our team members and guests, and I know that with the support of our team members, Wind Creek Leadership and the Tribe, our property will remain a premier gaming destination on the East Coast,” he said.
