ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Two decades ago, sister duo Aly & AJ were one of the most popular ‘tween music acts.

They had a gold debut album “Into the Rush,” a platinum hit with “Potential Breakup Song,” songs in Disney films and three Radio Disney Awards in 2005 alone.

By the time Aly & AJ were in their late teens, they had left Disney's Hollywood Records and no longer had hits on the radio.

Tickets, the prices of which were not announced, will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12 at the Archer Music Hall website and the box office.

More success, hiatus, new music

The first single off "Into the Rush," a cover of The Lovin' Spoonful's "Do You Believe in Magic," peaked at No.2 on Billboard's singles chart.

It also was used in the Disney Channel movie "Now You See It...," in which Aly had a starring role. The album's second single, "No One," was featured on the Disney feature film "Ice Princess."

After releasing "Silver Deliverer," the duo in September followed that with an EP of outtakes, "More Silver."
