NORTH WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. — Lehigh Valley Zoo has a lot of events brewing, with one set to center on beer.
The zoo, at 5150 Game Preserve Road, Schnecksville, will hold its ninth annual Brew at the Zoo event from 3-6 p.m. Sept. 14.
Brew at the Zoo tickets are available at $35 for participating adults and $14 for children.

Visitors will be able to sample more than 40 craft beers and ciders from Lehigh Valley Brewers Guild throughout the zoo.
The Kilimanjaro Distillery also will sell wine and spirits at the event.
All sampling participants must be 21 or older and have a valid photo ID.
Brew at the Zoo also will feature two live performances from Lehigh Valley singers Shaun Lally and John Strasburger, and “the exclusive, after-hours opportunity to mingle around the grounds with your favorite animals,” the zoo’s event webpage says.
Tickets are available at $35 for participating adults and $14 for children.
More 'adult drinks' events this fall
The Lehigh Valley Zoo also has some other events centered on adult drinks this fall — such as the Fall Wine Festival on Sept. 28 and Oktoberfest on Oct. 5.
The Lehigh Valley Brewer’s Guild website says members include Allegheny Creek Brewing Co., Birthright Brewing Co., Boser Geist Brewing Co., Bru Daddy’s Brewing Co. and Colony Meadery.
Also, Country Club Brewing, Fegley’s Brew Works, Five Maidens Cider, Funk Brewing Co., Hawk Mountain Brewery, Hijinx Brewing Co., Hop Hill Brewing Co. and Iron Hill Lehigh Valley.
Also, Lost Tavern Brewing, McCall Collective, Red Balloon Cider, Retriever Brewing Co., Richmond Farm Brewery, Rising River Brewing Co. and Sage Alley Brewery and Grille.
