HARRISBURG, Pa. — People knew it was trouble when they walked into Ticketmaster for Taylor Swift’s "The Eras Tour" tickets, and the shame is on the company.

The state Attorney General's Office is now encouraging frustrated Swifties who experienced issues with Ticketmaster while trying to buy tickets to Swift's new tour to not "Shake it Off," but instead to file complaints to the office.
“Trouble, trouble, trouble,” Attorney General Josh Shapiro said, in a tweet posted Thursday afternoon, referencing Swift's 2012 hit "I Knew You Were Trouble."
“Having trouble using Ticketmaster? Pennsylvanians experiencing problems using the site should submit a complaint to my office,” he wrote, and attached the link to the consumer complaint form.

A tweet joked about the messy situation Ticketmaster faces: “taylor swift walking onto stage with no one in the audience, because that ticketmaster queue never did move.”

U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), called for a breakup on Tuesday.
“Daily reminder that Ticketmaster is a monopoly,” she wrote in a tweet. “[Its] merger with LiveNation should never have been approved, and they need to be reigned in.”

The tour will start March 17 and continue through Aug. 9.
Maybe by then it can be the "Love Story" Swifties are hoping for.
