Good Tuesday, all! And what a national day we have today. The State of the Union address is coming up this evening and WLVR is broadcasting it in Spanish. This is the first time NPR is offering a news event in Spanish and English, as well. Well worth listening.
1. Expect increasing cloudiness today, says the National Weather Service at Mt. Holly, NJ, with a high around 44 degrees. There is also a slight chance of rain tonight.
2. Getting right back to the State of the Union address, U.S. Rep. Susan Wild D-Lehigh/Monroe will have as her guest Nick Gruber, son of Marvin Gruber, one of the firefighters who died in a house fire in December.
3. A Muhlenberg Elementary School alumna has written a book and recently returned to the school to read it with students.
4. There is an update in the story about three Bethlehem churches selling property to Lehigh University.
