BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Welcome back to our Week in Review. We have chosen seven stories, in no particular order, to take you back on the week. Enjoy, and thank you so much for reading.

1. Buffalo Bills player Damar Hilman went into cardia arrest during a game Monday.

NFL fans watched in horror Monday night when, during the first quarter of a game, Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field, then received CPR and was rushed off on a stretcher suffering from cardiac arrest.

2. Accused murderer Bryan Kohberger was extradited from Pennsylvania to Idaho.

The DNA of the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students was found on a knife sheath recovered at the crime scene and cellphone data shows that in the months before the attack, he was in the area of the victims' home multiple times, an investigator said in court documents unsealed Thursday.

3. Three Bethlehem churches, including St. John's Windish, intend to sell off some property.

Three Lutheran churches in Bethlehem, plus one of the largest pieces of undeveloped land in the city’s South Side, are on track to be sold to Lehigh University.

4. Regrettably, homelessness is increasing in Bethlehem but New Bethany Ministries is making plans.

New Bethany Ministries, which works closely with the area's homeless, is set to get "millions" of dollars Friday to help it house more people, with special considerations in mind, officials say.

5. U.S. Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.) revealed his prostate cancer diagnosis.

U.S. Sen. Bob Casey announced Thursday he has prostate cancer. The Democrat from Pennsylvania says the diagnosis came last month.

6. The life of Pope Emerius Benedict XVI is celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena.

Mourners filled St. Catharine of Siena Cathedral on Thursday as Catholics in the Lehigh Valley gathered for a memorial Mass for Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, who died Saturday at age 95.

7. Newly-sworn in state Sen. Jarrett Coleman (R-Lehigh) appeals transparency lawsuit against the Parkland School District.

State Sen. Jarrett Coleman has appealed the dismissal of his lawsuit against the Parkland School District — and the outcome could invalidate teacher pay raises.
