There are 32 million eligible Latino voters in the United States, but less than half voted in 2016.

Here in the Lehigh Valley, Latinos make up almost 15% of eligible voters -- and they could have a significant impact this year -- if they come out to vote.

WLVR’s Community Correspondent Genesis Ortega spoke with Jose Rosado, the first Latino to be elected mayor in the history of Pennsylvania - in Fountain Hill.
