OREFIELD, Pa. - Jaindl Farms started in the early 1930s with just five Turkeys. Now, five generations later, they produce 840,000 turkeys a year.
With nine farms and 200 turkey barns, the seasonal operator credits Lehigh Valley for its success. Without the people and land specific to this community, they wouldn't be who they are or have the legacy they do.
