UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. — An 82-year-old man died Friday in a three-vehicle crash at Route 100 and West Tilghman Street, the county coroner said.
Coroner Dan Buglio said he identified the victim, of Weisenberg Township, but was withholding releasing his identity pending an autopsy.
The autopsy is set for Monday.
The man was pronounced dead at 2:34 p.m. at the scene of the crash, Buglio said.
Besides his office, Buglio said, the crash is being investigated by Upper Macungie Township police, the Lehigh County Crash Reconstruction Team and the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.
