1 injured in shooting at Waffle House, state police say

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after one person was hurt Sunday morning in a shooting at the Waffle House on Airport Road, according to Trooper Nathan Branosky.

HANOVER TWP, LEHIGH COUNTY, Pa. – State police are investigating after one person was hurt Sunday morning in a shooting at the Waffle House on Airport Road, according to Trooper Nathan Branosky.

  • One person was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg, for injuries
  • There were no other injuries

One person was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg, following the shooting around 3 a.m. Sunday, Branosky said in a news release.

There were no other injuries reported, and there is no threat to the public in relation to the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the PSP Bethlehem Criminal Investigation Unit at 610-861-2026.

The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office is also assisting in the investigation.
