WHITEHALL TWP, Pa. – A teenager from Lower Macungie Township was killed in a single-vehicle crash late Monday, authorities said.
Javian Alexander Rivera, 17, was pronounced dead at 11:53 p.m. in the 2000 block of Orchard Drive in Whitehall Township, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said in a release.
Rivera was thrown from the vehicle in a rollover crash, the coroner’s office said.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday to determine the cause of death.
In addition to the coroner’s office, the Whitehall Township Police Department, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office and the Lehigh County Crash Reconstruction Team are investigating.
